Angel Perez, a senior at Capistrano Valley High in California, won the Division 3-4-5 boys varsity yellow race by covering the 2.93-mile layout in 16:11 at the 75th Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational Presented by Nike in Walnut, Calif. Perez helped Capistrano Valley produce a 91-103 victory against Fillmore High of California.
